B4実務訓練壮行会（平成30年9月）†

　平成28年9月20日(木)に，10月に実務訓練へ行くB4の皆さんのために，8FラウンジにてB4実務訓練壮行会を行いました．
　今年はB4全員が，10月から2月にかかけて実務訓練に行きます．実務訓練では実務先の企業で社員のように仕事を学んで，実際の業務に携わることになります．この機会に自分が興味のある職種の職場の雰囲気や実際の業務に必要なスキルなどをしっかり学んで行けると思います．苦労することもあるかもしれませんが社会に乗り込む体験は素晴らしいことでしょう．
　壮行会では，B4の皆さんから実務訓練に対する決意表明をしてもらいました．特に，「健康面・勉強面」に関することが結構述べられておりました．実務訓練で成長して帰ってきてくれるB4の皆さんを楽しみに待ってます．インターンシップが成功しますように！

　On September 20, 2018, our laboratory organized a farewell party for B4 members go to internship. Long-term internship will begin from October to February. At this internship, B4 will learn how to work as a real employee and at the same time they will do some simple work for company. That way, they can find the right job in the future, as well as improve the soft skills. Despite the hard work, the experience at the company will be extremely rewarding for them.
　At the farewell party, our B4 members talked about their thoughts about the trip. Besides the health - the learning experience, we also wish that when they return they will mature even further. Finally, I hope they will have a successful internship.
